Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

In no event shall Entity OS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
